Aussie start-up Wave Service is looking for a new global advertising service, offering local advertising to people in Sydney and across Australia.
Wave has launched a global advertising platform, WaveAdvertising, to allow advertisers to create and manage their own ads.
Wave offers local advertising on a number of platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat, with more coming in the future.
Wave said the platform would offer advertisers an opportunity to generate ad revenue through a variety of digital platforms.
Wave is currently in the process of hiring a marketing manager and has started a website for hiring an advertising manager.
WaveAdvertising.com is the first of its kind in Australia and will allow advertisers who want to create local advertising content to do so.
“It’s an exciting opportunity for us, to be able to be in Sydney, Australia and offer a variety and a variety at the same time,” Wave CEO Mike Krahl said.
“We’re going to try to have the right balance between the social aspect, the social experience, and also the physical experience of doing advertising, which is great for us.”
The Wave platform will be able streamline local advertising and will enable advertisers to promote local products, services, events and brands, and use WaveAdvertisers API to generate revenue from their local content.
WaveAdservices is a digital advertising platform that provides ad networks with a platform for generating local revenue, which will be distributed to advertisers.
“There are a lot of things that we’re looking at, but we have some very specific projects in the works that are going to be a lot more ambitious,” Krahll said.
WaveAdvertiser API is a service that lets advertisers manage their ad campaigns and generate revenue for the platforms it operates.
Wave says it’s working to secure funding for the platform.
