The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is now offering a discount on the Zubi advertising platform, which advertises its service on a range of gaming websites and on Zubi’s own social media.
The ASX has also added a Zubi ad-blocking option to its marketplace and Zubi itself has a new ad-blocker tool to help it track down suspicious activity.
Zubi, which started life as a gaming ad network in 2009, offers ad-based gaming solutions, with ad-hosting platforms like AdBlock Plus and Adblock Plus Plus Plus offering ads as a service, with an emphasis on ad-supported sites.
The platform has long offered its own ad-focused gaming ad platform, offering games like the popular FarmVille and FarmVilla, as well as more niche titles like BattleCadet.
The service has long been a popular gaming platform for gamers, and the new Zubi offering will offer a range, including ad-related, social gaming ads and gaming-related social ads.
It’s an interesting move for Zubi, as the ZUBI platform has been a gaming-oriented company for years.
Zubi CEO John Luthra told CoinDesk last year that it was looking for ways to become more of a gaming platform.
“I think we’ve got a real opportunity here to be a very gaming-centric company,” he said.
Luthra said Zubi would also be launching a gaming and mobile gaming advertising platform as well.
